This
major civic building was "Designed & Build" in 1997 in only
six months. This
"Turn-Key" contract called for 24,500 sq. meters of floor area including the main hall, with 2000
seating capacity and four conference rooms with 250 seating capacity and four conference
rooms with 250 seating capacity each.The center was fully equipped with the latest Audio-Visual
Communication Security and Safety systems. The volume, quality and speed of the operation
illustrates the immensity of the engineering and managerial work carried out in the brief period.
The conference center successfully hosted the 8th Islamic Summit Conference in 1997.
