Karaj-Mehrshahr 1996 -This project involved construction
of 11 Kilometers of high-speed electric railway through the
city of Karaj. Included in the works was a 520 meter long
pre-stressed bridge and a 1875 meter long tunnel.

A total of 200,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete was
placed for 57 bridges. Also, over 3,000 prefabricated
concrete beams, up to 26 meters long, were manufactured
at Parsikan's plant for this project.
